Visa support
Foreign participants of the Conference should obtain an entry visa to the Republic of Belarus.
Organizing Committee will provide participants with the visa support documents.

In order to obtain Belarusian Visa please contact to the nearest Belarusian Consulate or Embassy in your home country for the further information.
We will send the visa supporting documents to the participants. Necessary information for the visa supporting documents:
1. Name and surname as in your passport.
2. Dates of arrival/ departure for visa
3. Nationality (country)
4. Date of birth
5. Passport number
6. Period of passport validity
7. Name of your organization, address (also for sending the documents for visa if necessary)
8. Position

PLEASE NOTE: In most of the cases fax copy of visa support documents is enough. In some countries Belorusian Consulate requires originals of visa support to be presented.
